We make use of an array of diverse modalities, each of which approaches the problem with a different set of tools in order to handle various parts of the solution. We adopt a holistic course of action. Each modality targets a unique facet to the problem, focusing on the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of the condition. Couples Counseling

If you and your partner are experiencing difficulties in your relationship, couples therapy may help you work through them, and assist in understanding your beloved.

Understanding is love's other name. ( Thich Nhat Hanh).

The beginning of relationship tends to be wonderful, fun, intense and satisfying. We do not usually see the early childhood programming and traumas. We see the inner part of our beloved that we love. Over time old programs, fears, wants, desires and memories begin to cloud who we are in relationship with. Through couples counseling we may be able to learn to see again our beloved through being beloved.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness that ranges from being fully alert to fully asleep. It can occur spontaneously in everyday situations such as daydreaming or being absorbed in a task.
